Shipping to EU Countries

From 1 July 2021, EU rules require buyers to pay the VAT for their order upon delivery.  This may result in a delay in delivery if the buyer cannot be contacted.  We apologize for any inconvenience - this is required to comply with EU regulations.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are a guide only and while we do our best to meet estimates, factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.  This has been especially prevalent during Covid-19.  For our customers' convenience, we do not require ID and signatures for delivery.  Delivery will be deemed to have been made upon confirmation by our courier (USPS in the USA) that the parcel was delivered to the address indicated in the order.

Returns & Warranty

​

Fozzils products may not be returned or exchanged, but we warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from purchase.  We will repair or replace a product with proof of purchase and a photo showing the defect. Damage from misuse and/or normal wear and tear excepted.
